WHY

If you retain Mr. Baskin to represent you, he personally handles every important, substantive part of your case.

You are not referred or handed off to an associate. He believes that legal representation is a personal service profession, not just a business.

When you make an appointment with his office, you meet with him personally, he interviews you, and he prepares your case.

HOW

All cases, civil and criminal, have the potential of going to trial and the lawyer you hire needs to be able to recognize a triable case, not fear going to trial, know what to do and how to do it in the courtroom, have the respect of his peers and have the depth of experience to effectively try your case.

These skills come from education, training, high ethical standards and judgment which a half century of courtroom experience provides.
